The New Lemac Front Lock Quick Hitch The Lemac front lock quick hitch can be made to suit machines from 10 ton and up. The front lock quick hitch system complies with HSE proposals. Existing Lemac quick hitch systems can be converted depending on the set-up - Contact us with the serial number stamped on the hitch to confirm.

From 8 Ton up Open jaw accepts front bucket pin and closes as the pin is grabbed. |

The rear is lowered and then the switch is flicked to engage the rear pin. At this point the front ram engages the front jaw. |

The attached bucket should always be checked to ensure that it has engaged the pins correctly. |

8 Ton and below Known as a mini hitch this type also engages on the front pin however only when the rear pin is engaged. |

Both the front and the rear have indicators that confirm pins have been engaged. |
